WAGE DETERMINATIONS ONLINE    The official source for federal contracting agencies to use when obtaining wage determinations issued by the DOL for service contracts subject to the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act(SCA) and for construction contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and related Acts (DBRA).

WIDE AREA WORK FLOW    A secure web based system for electronic invoicing, receipt, and acceptance.

WORK-IN-PROCESS    Material that has been released to manufacturing, engineering, design or other services under the contract and includes undelivered manufactured parts, assemblies, and products, either complete or incomplete.
