OVERVIEW:  

NSA Saratoga Springs is home to Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit Ballston Spa, NY.  NSA Saratoga Springs also supports geographically separated military units; the New York Air National Guard Base at Scotia, and several military recruiting stations located in the region.

Working at NSA Saratoga Springs are more than 3,000 personnel (military, federal civilians, and government contractor personnel). NSA Saratoga Springs is under the regional direction of the Navy Region Mid Atlantic (CNRMA). 

NSA Saratoga Springs provides a wide spectrum of support services to base personnel.  These services include: personal property transportation and storage, base housing, fleet and family support, administrative support, and morale, welfare, and recreation services.  Located at NSA Saratoga Springs is a Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC).
