OVERVIEW:

NAS Whidbey Island is the U.S. Navy's major aviation base in the Pacific Northwest region. It is home to all the Navy's EA-18G Growler tactical electronic attack flying squadrons. Also located at NAS Whidbey are four P-3 Orion Maritime Patrol squadrons and two EP-3E Aries Fleet Reconnaissance squadrons.
