OVERVIEW:  

Fairchild AFB's host unit is the 92nd Air Refueling Wing. The wing operates 35 KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft which provide air refueling, airlift, and aeromedical evacuation missions worldwide. 

The 141st Air Refueling Wing is a Washington Air National Guard unit. There are over 1,000 Air National Guardsmen assigned to Fairchild AFB.
