OVERVIEW: 

Creech AFB is a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) base. Located on-site are pilots, maintenance personnel, and command and control facilities required to support these specialized aircraft. Using state of the art satellite technologies, Air Force pilots at Creech AFB can fly RPAs worldwide. The 432nd Wing and the 432nd Air Expeditionary Wing maintain and operate the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper RPAs.

Creech AFB is also the training site for the famous Air Force Thunderbirds (aerial demonstration team). The missions of the Air Force and other military units at Creech AFB are supported by the 799th Air Base Group.  The 799th ABG is a geographically separated unit of the host 99th Air Base Wing which is located at Nellis AFB.
